Instructions

  • Collect equipments, ingredients, & preheating the oven.
  • Measure all ingredients as per recipe and then mixing dry ingredients by sifting method except jaggery (if it is not in powder form).
  • Mixing all ingredients twice by sifting method. Set it aside.
  • Add refined oil, vanilla essence, yogurt, milk and jaggery in a bowl. Mix it well.
  • Add all the dry ingredients in it and mix it well.
  • Add milk in it and mix it properly.
  • Pour it in a cake mold having butter paper applied on the surface.
  • Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 35-40 minutes.
  • Put the cake along with mold in a cooling rack and let it cool.
  • De-mold the jaggery tea cake and then it is ready to serve.
