

Both Sugar and Jaggery are produced from Sugar cane juice but still both having different properties. So, I’ll explain everything about Sugar and Jaggery.
Sweetening agent like Sugar are commonly used in every kitchen. It is very common to having sugar in your diet. The reason behind this it is very easily available to the people. The nutritional properties present in sugar are none. It just having high amount of calories present in it. The refining process of sugar makes sugar less nutritional.
Sweetening agent like Jaggery are also commonly used in every kitchen. If we compare it with sugar, then we can’t consume jaggery in every season because of its warm nature. In terms of nutritional properties, jaggery having Vitamin A,C,E, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Iron, Protein, etc. The reason behind the nutritional properties of Jaggery is the unrefined process which give us pure form of jaggery with lots of nutritional properties.
