The nutritional properties present in sugar are none. It just having high amount of calories present in it. The refining process of sugar makes sugar less nutritional.

Sweetening agent like Jaggery are also commonly used in every kitchen. If we compare it with sugar, then we can’t consume jaggery in every season because of its warm nature.
