  1. Iron Stick / Skewer : Iron stick / Skewer is used to roast marinated veggies, paneer, meat, etc using tandoor.

There are different types of Iron Stick / Skewer used to make different types of food. These are :-

  1. Very skinny spherical Skewers for Mushrooms and similar things,
  2. Very skinny sq. Skewers for Shrimp and different ocean foods,
  3. Standard spherical and sq. Skewers for meat, fish, kebabs and different vegetables,
  4. Very Thick rough skewers for terribly serious whole meats,etc.
